Timothy Francis Robbins is an American actor, screenwriter, and director-producer who is professionally known as Tim. The 62-year-old actor is best known for playing Andy Dufresne in the drama film The Shawshank Redemption alongside Morgan Freeman, Bob Gunton, and William Sadler.
