The mansion located at 40 Landing Court was purchased for $3.9 million in 2004 and was listed for $3.4 million in 2007. Sadly, the price of the house which was made at 5.7 acres with nine bathrooms (each with a Jacuzzi), four bedrooms, a conservatory, an indoor cabana, custom designed kitchen and a large outdoor pool plummeted by half before and he finally sold it for $1.7 million in 2010.
