How Did Paul White Make Her Net Worth?
Paula White converted to Christianity at the Damascus Church of God when she turned 18. She claimed to have had an epiphany soon thereafter where God himself imbued on her the task of preaching His name to the masses.
In 1991, Paula co-founded the South Tampa Christian Center in Tampa, Florida, with her then-husband, Randy White. It was later renamed Without Walls International Church.
Despite financial downturns, the church's sermons held in outdoor tents saw people come in droves and reported an attendance figure of 5,000.
By 2002, the church had expanded to a location in Lakeland, Florida, and reported over 14,000 members and 200 ministries. The ministry also provided employment evangelism among public housing projects and a teenage club.
By 2006, the church had amassed 20,000 members making it the seventh-largest church in the US and, in the past two years alone, made over $150 million in donations.
After Without Walls fell on hard times and filed for bankruptcy, Paula had moved to televangelism with her show, Paula White Today. The show made her even more of a celebrity, and she ministered to the likes of Michael Jackson, Gary Sheffield, and Tyra Banks.
She became the senior pastor of New Destiny Christian Church in Apopka, Florida, on January 1, 2012, before eventually dropping the title off to her son and his wife on May 5, 2019.
One of her many followers was billionaire Donald Trump himself and became instrumental as part of his Evangelical Advisory Board during his campaign for President.
When Trump became the President of the United States, he elected Paula as one of his spiritual advisors and his personal minister.
Paula has also been a prolific writer and, to date, has authored 10 books.
Paula and her current husband, the musician Jonathan Cain, own a home in Apopka, Florida. The 10,000 square-foot 5-bedroom home was estimated to have set the couple back $1.125 million when they purchased it in 2016.
Paula also bought a multimillion luxury condo in Donald Trump's 68-story Park Avenue, New York building, Trump Tower, in the mid-2000s.
