He is currently the chairman and CEO of Camping World, Good Sam Enterprises, Gander Outdoors, and The House Boardshop. He is also a star in The Profit, a CNBC reality show about saving small businesses.

He has also invested in Rose's Bakery & Wheat Cafe; an initial sum of $200,000 and $150,000 for the next 18 months. He has added many other restaurants to his holding company,  Lemonis Enterprises LLC.

He is also the host for The Profit, the CNBC TV show that helps small and promising businesses give a head start with Marcus' own investment. He has invested a total of $38 million in the businesses featured in the TV show.

He doesn't have multiple cars but loves spending money on clothes and shoes. He has stated "I like to buy nice clothes - I don’t buy a lot of them - but I will spend kind of an obscene amount of money on clothes. I’ll go on a Saturday and spend [$3,000] on clothes."

Marcus Lemonis was born on November 16th, 1973, in Beirut, Lebanon, to parents Abdallel and Nadia. He was abandoned by his parents on an orphanage during the height of the civil war and foreign invasions in Lebanon. 

He was adopted by Leo and Sophia Lemons on July 29, 1974. He got into the automotive business early on as his grandfather owned two of the biggest Chevrolet dealerships in the US. He graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in Political science and criminology.
