The talented actor has released three studio albums as a singer and composer. His first album Be Here Soon was released in 2000. The actor and musician followed that album after 11 years, releasing the album Jeff bridges in 2011. In 2015, he released his third album Sleeping Tapes.

He got his high school diploma from University High School and later moved to New York to study acting at the Herbert Berghof Studio.
Bridges met his wife Susan Geston while filming Rancho Deluxe, where Geston was working as a waitress. They married in 1977 and have three daughters, Isabelle Annie, Jessica Lily, and Haley Roselouise. Bridges is also a grandparent to Isabelle’s daughter Grace.
