Danil Khachaturov purchased the megamansion on 31st January 2020 for $35 million in cash from the Woodbridge Liquidation Trust as part of the Viewpoint Collection. The transactions are among the expensive transactions ever recorded in the area.
The multi-winged house is 20,541 square feet megamansion featuring 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms with LA skyline views. The house was designed by acclaimed local architect Noah Walker.
The ultra-private new 90210 digs are situated at the end of a whisper-quiet cul-de-sac and is invisible from the street to provide the owner some privacy.
The mansion has a pared-down minimalist interior that hardly clashes with the overall neighborhood vibe. It is notably warmer than a lot of modern box-style houses and was completed within the span of four decades replacing a large architecturally insignificant residence.
A neatly maintained front yard has two flat pads or grassy lawn and the front features a deft blend of exposed wood, steel, concrete, and glass.
The house’s open-concept floorplan includes endless hallways with acres of glass and monolithic expanses of concrete and wood.
One of the two kitchens is a more utilitarian service kitchen whereas the other has a designer’s chic we dream with two limousine-sized islands with custom Gaggenau appliances, exotic cuts of marble and an adjacent wine cellar.
The gigantic glass walls open automatically allowing access to a 2,000 square feet outdoor deck and an 84-foot lap pool.
