Henry Lawrence Garfield AKA Henry Rollins is a famous American singer-songwriter, actor, musician, comedian, presenter, and activist who is currently busy hosting a weekly radio show on KCRW. Similarly, he was a regular columnist for LA Weekly and is a regular columnist for Rolling Stone Australia.

After his time in the short-lived band State of Alert back in 1980, he joined the California hardcore punk band Black Flag in 1981 till 1986 as the front-man. Following the group being disbanded, Henry established record label and publishing company 2.13.61. 

Henry also formed the Rollins Band that toured numerous line-ups from 1987 to 2003. Regarding his radio and television career, he hosted several radio shows like Harmony in My Head and television series like The Henry Rollins Show, Jackass, and 120 Minutes.

Henry started his musical career in 1979 working as a roadie for Washington bands like Teen Idles till 1980. He joined Black Flag in 1981 when he began exchanging letters with bassist Chuck Dukowski.

His first car was a classic car 1968 VW Fastback costing around $14 thousand which was a graduation gift from his mother. The car was his first accommodation after leaving the house.

The singer later gave away his VW to drive the van for the Black Flag. After the band broke, he started his solo career. During that time, he treated himself with a BMW 540i costing $58,950 and Porsche911 Cabriolet that worth $117,400.
