The founder of Momofuku restaurant group, David Chang, 42, is an American restaurateur, television personality, and author. His restaurant group includes Momofuku Milk Bar, Momofuku Ssam Bar, Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku Seiobo, and Momofuku CCDC.
The American television personality is worth $60 million as of 2020 making him one of the richest chefs in 2020. Besides this, Chang created, starred, and produced in a Netflix original series called Ugly Delicious which also stars Peter Meehan, Aziz Ansari, and David Choe.
David Chang was born on 5th August 1977 in Vienna, Virginia, the United States of America to mother Sherri Chang and Joe Chang. He is American as per his nationality and has Asian ancestry.

In July 2017, David announced the opening of his first west coast restaurant named Majordomo in Los Angeles which was opened in January 2018.
