She was charged with common assault. Burton claimed that she tried to kill him. He explained, she hit me over the head with a lamp while I was sleeping.
Flack personally did not commented on her matter, however, as per Daily Mail, her spokesperson exposing his non-disclosure agreement stated: "Any suggestion Mr. Brady has made that our client is in any way abusive would be false and defamatory."

The former Love Island host, Flack committed suicide in Feb 2020. Her body was found in her East London flat. Her family confirmed the news stating:
"We can confirm that our Caroline passed away today, the 15th of February. We would ask that the press respect the privacy of the family at this difficult time and we would ask they make no attempt to contact us and/or photograph us."
