The American rapper Lil Wayne filed a $51 million lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money against the delay of an album titled The Carter V in late January. Amid the case, Lil also had a feud with Nicki Minaj and Drake

Later, the case favored Lil Wayne, and the case was dismissed. As per some source, the lawsuit was closed with a settlement of 8 digits figure while other tabloids claim that the accommodation was more than $10 million. 

Lawsuit For Copyright Violation

In October 2009, Thomas Marasciullo sued Birdman along with Lil Wayne, Cash Money Records, and other distribution outlets for copyright violation. 

In 2006, both Lil and Birdman were said to record some “Italian-styled spoken word recordings”. The lyrics were reportedly used on “Respect” and more records such as Like Father, Like Son, and Birdman’s 5 * Stunna from their collaboration album.

Birdman, aka Bryan Christopher Williams, was born Bryan Christopher Brooks on February 15, 1969, at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States.

His parents are Johnnie Williams and Gladys Brooks. He has two siblings, brother, Ronald "Slim" Williams and sister, Tamara Williams

Talking about 5 feet 11 inches tall star Birdman's relationship status, he seems single in 2020. Prior to this, in February 2018, he was engaged to Toni Braxton

Talking about his tattoos, he once said:

I didn’t want to take the [head tattoos] off, but I want to take the facials off,” Birdman said. “And I was asking my partner, 50 [Cent]… ’cause he removed his tattoos. So I wanted to go to somebody who can take these tats off my face.”
