Previously, the bank asked for the police’s help on two occasions in January 2019 and August 2019, requesting that they seize the debt from Tori.

In a similar fashion, she also has a $5k debt to the Cavalry SPV I, which is a debt-buying company. She was ordered to pay back the debt in September 2018 but has not paid the debt as of March 2020.

Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott owe creditors more than $1 million as per reports from various online sources. They have also taken numerous loans and owe a lot of money back in state and federal taxes.

In fact, the pair have racked up quite a large amount of debt. They owed City National Bank more than $400k, but the court ordered them to pay $202,066, which they have not done yet. The court issued a bench warrant after she did not appear in court at the set date of March 29,2019.

Later, the warrant with the $5,000 bail was dropped, and she was again called to court on May 1, this date was later set to July 1.

Similarly, they also owe the IRS $707,487 and have also not paid $282,655 in California State Taxes.

Tori Spelling’s claim to fame is her role as Donna Martin, on Beverly Hills, 90210, but she has also garnered infamy for failing to pay back loans to various lenders.
