Entourage Star Kevin Dillon Finalizes Divorce From Jane Stuart
Kevin Dillon is legally single as he finalized his divorce settlement with estranged wife, Jane Stuart.
As per the agreement, he will pay $2 million-plus spousal support, including $4,000 a month in child support and spousal support.
Kevin will get to keep his houses and cars.
The former couple will share the joint custody of their 13-year-old daughter Ava Dillon.
It's finally officially over for actor Kevin Dillon and Jane Stuart.
Dillion, 54, and Stuart finalized their divorce after three years of battle as per TMZ. The former couple will share the joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Ava Dillon.
As per the court order, Entourage alum will pay $2 million to his ex, including $4,000 a month in child support and spousal support.
TMZ further reported, as per the legal documents, Dillon will pay $1,823 a month for his daughter and another $2,100 a month in spousal support.
He will also have to pay $1,705,594 in 'equalization payments' to Stuart, plus $242,411, for, 'her share of a brokerage count. '
On the other hand, Dillon gets to keep his Malibu house, plus another Los Angeles home and another property in New York. Besides, he will also get to keep his nine cars and motorcycle, including a classic Chevy Camaro and Corvette's.
Prior, the Platoon actor used to pay more than $10,000 a month in both child and spousal support to Jane when he claimed he was only earning $4,000 a month.
Dillon and Stuart got married in April 2006 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Las Vegas, and their beautiful daughter Ava was born just a month later in May 2006.
After ten years of marriage, Stuart first filed a divorce petition in July 2016, but the former couple was bickering even about their date of separation.
As per Dillon, they separated on October 10, 2008, but Stuart claimed they continued to be intimate, stating she cooked for him, attended film premieres, and even discussed having more kids in 2015.
